Microsoft Dynamics 365 for UK and European businesses, GDPR-ready by design.
Unify finance, supply chain and operations on Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations, with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, VAT and data residency built into the design.
Three reasons UK and European finance teams call us.
Roles, retention, subject rights, access control, data residency and transfer terms agreed in discovery, not after go-live.
Dynamics 365 and GDPR → UK and EU compliance VAT, payroll and e-invoicing, handled in the design.UK VAT and Making Tax Digital, PAYE and RTI, and national e-invoicing across Europe, planned in, not bolted on.
UK VAT and Making Tax Digital → Outgrown Sage or an older ERP One ledger that keeps up with the business.Inventory, projects, multiple entities and countries, and approvals in Business Central, without a stack of add-ons patched together.
Business Central vs Sage →Most partners are good at the ledger. We design for the regulator as well.
Getting Dynamics 365 live is the start. In the UK and Europe, the work that matters is the data-protection design, the VAT treatment, the payroll rules and the transfer terms that let an ERP stand up to an audit. That is where we spend our time.
How an engagement runs →A consultancy that also builds software.
We implement Dynamics 365 and publish twenty products that fill the gaps in it: payroll, tax e-invoicing, disbursements, fleet, warehousing and fixed assets. UK and SEPA payment formats and European e-invoicing connectors are scoped per country.
GDPR in the design, not the end.
A data inventory, retention rules, subject-rights handling, access reviews and transfer terms are part of discovery and Design, so data protection is evidenced before go-live.

Where we have run Dynamics 365
Our delivery record spans Africa and Europe: regulated, multi-currency, multi-entity environments where the tax authority and the data-protection authority both have a say. Ask us for relevant references and we share them in confidence.
Stop managing point-to-point chaos.
Ten tools joined by scripts are a house of cards. Software Dynamics replaces them with one orchestrated core on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Fabric, built to scale across your markets.
- Point-to-point scripts that break under scale
- Unmonitored API failures
- Siloed departmental ledgers
- Decisions made on backward-looking reports
- Specialised vertical engines native in Dynamics 365
- Governed integrations on one digital core
- One ledger view across entities and countries
- Live reporting on Microsoft Fabric
Products that fill the gaps in standard Dynamics 365.
Payroll, tax e-invoicing, disbursements, leasing, rentals, fleet, warehousing, fixed assets, mining, oil and gas, grants, procurement, retail, food and beverage and more. DigiTaxFlow 365 covers European e-invoicing systems and DisbursementFlow 365 produces SEPA files.

What do you implement for UK and European businesses?
Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations, with Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Power Platform, Copilot and Azure around them: finance, inventory and warehousing, manufacturing, projects, payroll, procurement and reporting.
Is Dynamics 365 GDPR compliant?
Compliance is something an organisation achieves, not a feature of a product. Dynamics 365 provides security, audit and data-governance tools, and we design access, retention, subject-rights handling and processor terms around them under UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Our GDPR page explains how, and what stays your responsibility as controller.
Where will our data be stored?
You choose the Microsoft tenant and Azure region with us in Design, for example a UK or EU region, and we record the choice, the sub-processors and the transfer terms in the contract. See our data residency page.
Do you transfer personal data outside the UK and EU?
Our delivery teams work from Nairobi, Johannesburg and Victoria, Australia, so remote access to your data can be a restricted transfer under UK and EU rules. We agree the transfer mechanism, such as the UK IDTA or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, access controls and a transfer risk assessment with you before work starts.
How do you handle UK VAT and Making Tax Digital?
VAT codes are designed per transaction type, digital records are kept in the ledger, and returns are produced from it. The submission route to HMRC is confirmed in discovery, including using bridging software you already have.
Does your payroll support the UK?
PayrollFlow 365 is a global, parameter-driven payroll. UK rules such as PAYE, National Insurance, workplace pensions and statutory pay are set up as parameters with you and your adviser, and the real-time submission route is confirmed in discovery.
Which European countries do you cover?
We implement for organisations across Europe, with pages for Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland and Belgium covering VAT, e-invoicing, payroll and the data-protection authority in each.
Where do we start?
With a 45-minute consultation, then a discovery workshop that tests your processes against standard Dynamics 365 and records your data-protection requirements. You receive a written plan and a sized first wave before a programme is agreed.
